If you try going without wearing your contact lenses or your eyeglasses, you could be causing your eyes to strain in an effort to see, which can worsen your vision. If you have corrective lenses, you should be wearing them in order to see properly. Don't forgo wearing one or the other. You need to wear them as required to see properly.
